We are pleased to announce that the Lanao del Norte Industrial Locator Map and the Lanao del Norte Agro-industrial Strategic Development Plan Report were recently turned over to the Provincial Government of Lanao del Norte on May 23, 2024 at the Mindanao Civic Center Sports Complex in Tubod, Lanao del Norte. The event was graced by Governor Imelda Quibranza-Dimaporo, Vice Governor Allan J. Lim, board members, local government representatives, key stakeholders, and the PALAFOX  team led by. Ar. Felino Jun Palafox, Jr. EnP. Ryan Dizon, Ar. EnP. Miavell Carreon, and Ar. Micah Tupas of PALAFOX presented the final report during the turnover ceremony.

This initiative, highlighted by the Metro Iligan Regional Agro-industrial Center (MIRAIC), signifies a major leap forward for the region's industrial growth. 

The main objective of the report is to analyze the current situation and recommend development strategies for Lanao del Norte's agro-industrial sector. Moreover, the plan provides a situational and financial analysis for key industry players to create an Industry Marketing and Positioning Plan, among other initiatives such as:

1. Involve key strategic partners and stakeholders in establishing agro-industrial development in Lanao del Norte.

2. Strengthen Lanao del Norte’s identified regional role in Northern Mindanao. The development plan will benefit not only Lanao del Norte but also the entire Northern Mindanao region. MIRAIC is envisioned to be the location for export-oriented agribusiness industries and an investment area for advanced agri-processing industries. It is also part of the region's major and catalytic programs and projects.

3. Identify the needed infrastructure to accommodate growth and development.
