We are a multi-disciplinary firm founded by Architect and Urban Planner, Felino “Jun” A. Palafox, Jr. on July 1, 1989. Our teams consist of more than a hundred full-time staff of architects, urban planners, environmental planners, interior designers, engineers, consultants, and other professionals. We are passionate about planning and designing resilient, sustainable, inclusive, and smart places for people and spaces that contribute to the overall health of communities and cities.

Our fields of expertise encompass Architecture, Urban and Regional Planning, Environmental Planning, Site Planning, Master Planning, Urban Design, Interior Design, Engineering, and Strategic Development Advisory. We are steadfast in our values and design principles, and we are committed to share excellent technical advice based on global best practices and solutions, emerging new technologies, and innovations.

We have completed the planning and architectural design of high-, medium-, and low-rise residential, commercial, and office buildings; houses; schools; shopping centers; hotels; hospitals; places of worship; civic centers; business parks; industrial estates; ecological parks; resorts; international gateways; new urban centers; islands; communities; cities; and provinces here in the Philippines and abroad. We have been preparing comprehensive land use plans; zoning ordinances; conceptual development plans; conceptual master plans; redevelopment plans; urban renewal plans; strategic development advisories; urban design plans for provinces, cities, municipalities, towns, districts, new towns, and edge cities; and other land developments for both the government and the private sector.

OUR FOUNDER

Our founder is a visionary architect, urban planner, environmental planner, educator, author, philanthropist, and trusted thought leader and advisor whose lifelong mission is to make a difference in peoples’ lives and help create a better Philippines.

Architect Jun Palafox has lectured in more than 20 countries across the globe, including institutions like the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Harvard University. He has traveled to and observed more than 1,000 cities in 79 countries. He is a recipient of several local and international awards. In 2019, he was recognized as the Most Outstanding Professional in the Field of Environmental Planning by the Professional Regulation Commission. In November 2017, he was awarded by the JCI Senate as one of the three Top Outstanding Filipinos for the field of Architecture. Forbes Asia Magazine has cited him as one of the 48 Heroes of Philanthropy in Asia. He studied Architecture at the University of Santo Tomas. An advocate of continuing education and lifelong learning, Architect Jun Palafox earned his Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of the Philippines. He also completed the Advanced Management Development Program for Real Estate at the Harvard Graduate School of Design.

Architect Jun Palafox is an active member of various local and international organizations such as the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat, Urban Land Institute, American Planning Association, The American Institute of Architects, US Green Building Council, Harvard Alumni Association, United Architects of the Philippines, Rotary International, National Real Estate, and the Philippine Institute of Environmental Planners, among others.
